The first decade of my career included creative roles at world renowned consultancies such as Saatchi & Saatchi, Interbrand, Landor and Brand Union – in London, Amsterdam and New York. Creating and managing some of the world’s most valuable brands, I was instrumental in developing and directing branding programmes for clients such as Dell, Microsoft, JPMorgan Chase, GM Opel and The Body Shop.
Looking to establish a differentiated creative offering, I founded a London based design consultancy in 2005, with the purpose of delivering greater value to brands. An enviable client list followed, including Booz & Co, Credit Suisse, Pfizer, Serco, Travelex and QVC. In 2010, Financial PR Agency of the Year, Redleaf Polhill, acquired a stake in the consultancy.
In 2013 I accepted a partnership in a creative agency specialising in the real estate sector and returned to New York to rebuild it. In under two years, I fully restructured and repositioned the business. Built a world class creative team. And secured the largest names in real estate as clients.
The significant transformation of creative output was instrumental in redefining the role and responsibility of design within the sector. It was also highly successful in attaining unparalleled, tangible outcomes for clients – an occurrence previously unseen in the market.
