Scottish Gantry’s Edinburgh outlet, under the passionate stewardship of Kevin Moore, embodies the spirit of Scottish whisky and fine spirits. Beyond a mere retail space, it’s a curated experience, where the rich heritage of Scotland’s distilleries is celebrated. The challenge lay in transforming a long, narrow unit with a humble façade into a welcoming and engaging space.
