S+Co is a design and architecture studio, creating experiences, brands, and spaces that make an impact. Unlike traditional agencies that focus on one or two disciplines, we bring together creative strategy, brand, interior design and architecture - resulting in meaningful, memorable work. We've also designed and developed our own range of luxury cabins, 'Corr Cabins', which means we're at the sharp end of construction and know how to deliver a finely-crafted, forward-thinking product.

From launching global campaigns for iconic drinks brands like Bowmore, to creating immersive dining experiences for innovative clients like Netflix, we’re constantly exploring new corners of the industry, and bringing those insights into our work. Our understanding of both back-of-house operations and front-of-house experience means we don’t just shape spaces; we help shape the full guest journey.

What sets your practice/agency apart from others?

We've also designed and developed our own range of luxury cabins, 'Corr Cabins', which means we're at the sharp end of construction and know how to deliver a finely-crafted, forward-thinking product.At the heart of everything we do is the power of connection. From the energy of a space to the attitude of a brand, we approach every project through the lens of emotion, ensuring it feels as good as it looks and truly connects with visitors or viewers.
Our work is wide and varied. We've designed immersive experiences for innovative clients like Netflix and Warner Brothers, including Elvis Evolution at Immerse London. We've launched global campaigns for prestigious drinks brands such as Bowmore, pushed the envelope in student living, rehoused the iconic King's Head Theatre in an architecturally challenging subterranean site, and created NFTs for a web3 music platform, Gala - our diversity and breadth feeds our creativity.

How do you go 'the extra mile' for clients and employees?
At S+Co, going the extra mile isn’t just about working harder - it’s about working smarter. Our unique blend of in-house expertise across brand, interiors, and architecture enables us to deliver connected thinking, meaning clients always get more than they expect.Every project benefits from cross-disciplinary thinking, with a commitment to creating work that makes an impact and evokes an emotive response. We're able to holistically develop the brief at the start of a project; expanding, challenging and finding opportunities traditional agencies might miss. Our team is then uniquely placed to deliver this value, building a delivery strategy across architecture, interiors and brand, whether a digital experience or designing the technical operational layout for a kitchen and submitting a building warrant.

We believe in practicing what we preach. We design beautiful, thoughtful spaces for our clients, so we made sure our studio is a place people genuinely want to be. While we operate a flexible, work-from-anywhere policy and our team is fully cloud-based, we also know that creativity thrives when people are in the same space. Some of our best ideas happen round the table, not on a screen.
Our studio, based in one of the oldest buildings on Leith’s Shore, is light-filled, open, and has its own outdoor green space. And when we do need a change of scene, the team can escape to our S+Co cabin in the Highlands or hit the road in the S+Co campervan. Perfect for remote site visits, or a well-earned weekend away.

What innovations have you introduced in the past year?
At S+Co, we think of innovation in ways that matter - it’s about making work more efficient, collaboration more simple and meaningful. In recent years, we’ve introduced simple but powerful tools that enhance both our internal processes and the experience for our clients.Our entire workflow is built for true flexibility. With laptops and a fully cloud-based file system, our team can adapt to client needs in real time, whether we’re in the studio, on-site, or working remotely.
Collaboration is at the core of how we work. Every project has a Miro board, an online whiteboard platform that allows our team - and our clients - to brainstorm, share ideas, and refine concepts in real time. Whether mapping out a brand strategy, sketching initial spatial layouts, or gathering client feedback, Miro provides a visual, interactive workspace where everyone can contribute, no matter where they are. This live, dynamic approach streamlines decision-making and ensures no idea gets lost in an email thread.
For spatial design, we’ve embraced real-time rendering with Enscape, a tool that can generate VR walkthroughs and photorealistic visuals quickly. Our clients can experience their spaces before they’re built, making decision-making easier and design intent clearer.
These aren’t just tools; they’re part of a smarter way of working - designed to improve efficiency, enhance creativity, and deliver better results without unnecessary complexity.
Innovation isn’t just about process - it’s also about the company we keep. We work with clients who are pushing boundaries in their industries. Right now, we’re developing a VR, AR, and holographic-based Elvis Experience in London, as well as immersive dining experiences for Netflix and Warner Brothers - projects we can’t wait to share more about soon.
Similarly, innovation isn’t always technological. We’re currently shaping the brand identity for Turas Mòr, a whisky company breaking from tradition. With a founding team blending whisky expertise and YouTube storytelling, they’re targeting a younger, more diverse audience - and we’re helping them redefine how whisky is marketed.
Of course, innovation also lies in the nuts and bolts. We have extensive experience with modern methods of construction and sustainable materials. Our cabins, for example, are prefabricated off-site using highly sustainable Cross-Laminated Timber, then delivered via flat bed truck, minimizing waste while maximizing efficiency.
All of these innovations shape how we think, create, and build. They’re not just things we use, they’re part of who we are.
