Touch has built an industry leading reputation both locally and internationally. Celebrating our30th year in business, we still pride ourselves on delivering game-changing work for large and small clients. We set out to be different in 1995, and continue to help our clients stand out. Our core team has worked together for over 20 years, having been joined by the best in class from the next generation of creatives. Purposefully small and highly skilled, we are focussed on considered, well-crafted work that makes a genuine difference to clients and communities, whatever the sector.
What sets your practice/agency apart from others?
Intentionally small, we have built our reputation over three decades by focussing on quality, partnering with ambitious clients in various sectors, and choosing what work we can do to make a difference. Having set out in 1995 focussing on design and content (copywriting) we ensure our content is as meaningful as the design, making 'best in breed' work. In short, the better we communicate with our clients, the better the end results.
How do you go 'the extra mile' for clients and employees?
We often over deliver, creating work that is timeless, brave and impactful. Having won multiple awards, and having been retained by clients throughout our careers, developing long lasting relationships, we know the 'small and perfectly formed' model works. Our work sets our clients apart and the equal focus on design and content ensures that clients can stand out in their field. We have an open studio policy where the team is encouraged to take full responsibility in dealing with clients, working on briefs, challenging assumptions and delivering work that will benefit our clients and their communities. Always challenging (in a good way) the variety of work and interesting organisations make it a great agency to work in. As we're so small, and do work 'punching above our weight' there is no place to hide, and the professional challenge is constantly stimulating. We have a long standing team who enjoy working together and with our clients.
What innovations have you introduced in the past year?
We're developing our team to allow them to develop themselves further professionally and personally. Free from an overly hierarchical structure, the team can speak, discuss, challenge and create directly with clients, which in turns leads to a thriving studio environment that constantly inspires our clients and peers. Our constant encouragement on autonomy, with full backing, allows us all to deliver the best work we can for clients. We also know that work isn't everything, so foster an atmosphere of mutual support and flexible working practices. More support, More autonomy, More great work.
