One of Scotland's biggest high-end property agencies, Crabtree and Crabtree manage a portfolio of over 370 luxurious and unique properties, offering their guests the kind of bespoke, high quality experience that only an independent company can craft.

Creatomatic helped the agency overcome multiple pain points with their incumbent website. We restructured the layout of collection and property pages to provide at-a-glance information and showcase beautiful videos and photography. Multi-layered, thoughtfully designed search and categorisation made it easy for a diverse user base to find their perfect escape.

Meanwhile, automating property updates from their channel management system via our Atom system - designed and developed in-house in Creatomatic's development studio in Lockerbie - cut down massively on administration.

Working closely with the Crabtree team, we refined a design direction that felt distinctly theirs - visually elegant and intuitively functional - balancing the presentation of a vast collection of stunning properties with a lightweight, seamless user experience.
