Summary
Amy O’Neill is a multi-talented designer whose work this year at Pim-Pam has been defined by bold ideas, sharp execution, and a distinctive creative voice. She brings clarity, confidence, and care to every brief—balancing strategic thinking with a joyful, expressive visual approach.
Amy has played a major role across a wide range of projects, including global drinks brands like The Macallan and Brugal, as well as national sport clients like sportscotland and Team Scotland. Among Amy’s many standout contributions to our studio, her leadership and passion in shaping the design direction for Mangoes to Lagos — a collaboration between Brixton Brewery and Bature Brewery — has truly established her creative and strategic strengths.
On Mangoes to Lagos, Amy led the creative process from the ground up. She developed the visual concept and identity system for the project and produced a vibrant suite of assets that spanned packaging, merchandise, pop-up activations, and digital rollout. While supported by the broader studio in delivery, the core creative push, visual direction, and execution of the campaign were led by Amy — showcasing her ability to own a brief, collaborate effectively, and craft something with lasting impact.
Her skill lies in the seamless way she moves between concept and craft — pairing visual experimentation with meticulous attention to detail. Whether shaping the expressive tone of a campaign or strategically planning creative rollouts, Amy brings fresh thinking and follow-through to every project.
That versatility is evident in her broader contributions this year:
– She led the design of the Bature Brewery Tapheads, now a key part of the brand’s identity across Lagos — unique, character-led Point of Sale items that reflect Amy’s playful yet considered approach to branding and physical design.
– She was key in the development of Dear Green Coffee’s festive packaging and campaign assets, bringing warmth and clarity to the seasonal range.
– She provided art direction support across multiple photoshoots, both in the UK and internationally, helping shape the look and feel of branded content through concept, styling ideas, and design.
– Amy has contributed to mural design development, extending brand storytelling into large-scale and immersive formats. From product launches for Brugal's Colección Visionaria Edición 02 and Andrés Brugal Edition 02, through to Bature Brewery's Felabration 2024 Look and Laugh concept and continued campaign and product launches in West Africa.
– She also plays a key role in website design and development at Pim-Pam, working confidently in Umbraco to build, design, and manage websites for a variety of clients — ensuring design integrity carries through to digital experiences with usability and brand consistency in mind.
Amy’s work is always intelligent, grounded, and full of character — combining strategic clarity with expressive execution. She’s become an essential part of the creative process at Pim-Pam, and a standout young designer whose impact is already widely felt.
