Fletcher Joseph Wordmark

Fletcher Joseph has unveiled a new brand identity and website to position the Edinburgh-based architecture practice for future growth.

Communicating design ambition, the new visual identity centres on a new wordmark intended to reflect the talent which underpins the practice. Placing attention to detail at the front and centre of their identity, it vertically aligns the ‘r’ and ‘h’ of the double-decker brand in a subtle nod to completeness.

In a statement, associate director Sandy Deans told The Scoop: “We’ve received some really positive feedback on the refreshed brand, the renewed focus of our ethos, and the new website.

“Daysix (Edinburgh) have been fantastic — they really listened to our brief and delivered a clear, cohesive brand along with a strong web and social presence.”

The new identity helps communicate the work of the practice to clients and collaborators, including key projects such as Royal Meadows, a mixed-use redevelopment of Edinburgh’s former Royal Hospital for Sick Children and the Hoxton hotel refurbishment at Edinburgh’s Haymarket.
