Chapelpark, Forfar is a £5.6 million project which has transformed a B-listed school building into 29 high quality affordable homes for social rent, comprising 18 one-bedroom flats, 6 two-bedroom flats, 1 three-bedroom flat and 4 five-bedroom townhouses.

The completion of Anderston Phases 4 & 5 concludes the regeneration of Anderston which began in 2004. These final phases provide an additional 206 new build flats, completed in sandstone and brick work, complementing the surrounding context.
