Collective on Calton Hill

Collective, a freshly restored and redeveloped part or Edinburgh’s World Heritage Site. The project included an extensive refurbishment of the Category A Listed City Observatory, Transit House, Playfair Monument & Boundary Walls. Including a new restaurant, which cantilevers over the north east corner of the boundary wall, a new gallery which is excavated into the basalt mound to the north of the Observatory and a new welcome kiosk at the East Gate. Clydebank Community Sport Hub

Nomination

Redevelopment of a near derelict sports centre in Whitecrook, Clydebank for Clydebank Community Sport Hub and West Dunbartonshire Council.  The project involved the partial demolition and extension of an existing gym hall to create a new Community Sport Hub facility. Externally there are redeveloped pitches, allotments, community garden, new landscaping and a new public entrance from the street.
